I ordered a number of CDs from a mail order house some years ago but received another set entirely. I contacted the mail order people to bring this to their attention and was greeted with a double apology, one for sending me the wrong order and another because the recipient of mine liked the choices so much he'd decided to keep them. When I stopped laughing, I replied with a list of further listening suggestions for him!
